Randall Jay Freedenburg was born on December 17th, 1964, in Marysville, CA to Ada Kate Huitt and James Huitt. Randy was the youngest of 9 children. Randy, as you all know, was unique and one of a kind. Randy was a painter by trade for 35 years, however he would help in any trade when asked. Randy was a diehard Cowboys fan for life. He loved watching football and UFC. He spent the weekends watching his grandkids Carter, Cam and Daxton play sports, and teaching Julianna how to ride her bike. He enjoyed church camp, any type of harvest fest or trunk or treat, Christian concerts and going to the beach for day trips. He enjoyed sharing a meal with all his kids. He especially loved the holidays, where biological or not his “family” would come together for a meal. In his retirement, he enjoyed visiting and praying with people from his congregation in the hospital and convalescent home. His childhood days began in “IVANHOEEEEEEE” (if you know you know) throughout his teenage years where he met the love of his life/best friend/wife Sheila and had his first child on his 19th Birthday. As a young adult he entered his hardcore biker days, and then had his favorite kid and a couple of years later his only son, a few years after that our baby girl. He gladly took in his nieces, nephews, and any kid that needed it. Randy continued to grow up and decided with Sheila they were going to give their lives to the Lord. Randy ended his days serving his Lord and Savior in every way possible. He was a trustee, board member, taught Sunday School, drove the church bus, near and far for whoever needed a ride. He also took pride in cleaning the church. Randy also was a Layman to go wherever he was needed to preach God’s word. Randy became an ordained minister December 15, 2018, and became lead pastor of the First Free Will Baptist Church of Visalia. Randy was diagnosed with Lymphoma in 2018 and continued to do the Lord’s work through his battle with cancer. In every stage of his life, he remained genuine and would give you the shirt off his back. He had a huge heart and desired for the whole world to have a relationship with Jesus. To his loved ones, he was their real-life superhero, to his congregation he was their ever-loving pastor. Randy’s most prized possessions would be his grandbabies, his dogs, and his immediate family. He is preceded in death by his mother and father James & Ada Huitt, brothers Jerry Rainey, Ronald Freedenburg & Jon David Stidman. Randy is survived by his one and only wife Sheila, His kids: Raedena, Aubree, Randall JR. and Talisha Freedenburg, His Grandkids: Carter & Cameron Virgil, Daxton Freedenburg, Julianna & Ava Molloy. His siblings: Teresa Cunningham Kitchen, Judy Gama (John Gama), Sandra Duncan (Gary Duncan), Ben Stidman (Nancy Stidman), Robert Freedenburg (Sandy Freedenburg), nephews, nieces, great nieces, and great nephews.
