Norma Randolph Obituary

Norma Marie Randolph passed away on November 18, 2021 in Visalia, California. She was born on October 1, 1946 to Zetta Elaine Turner and Mike Torres in Exeter, California. She leaves behind two daughters, Lisa De Castro and her husband Junie de Castro and twi gorgeous boys Ayden and Aaron;  and Trisha Miller and her husband Barney Miller. Norma loved to be around her grandsons. The are what kept her going. Norma had a long year and a half battle after surviving a major stroke. Her partner in life Joseph Manuel Leyvas was her life line for over 15 years. They grew up together and knew each other their whole life. His daughters Qortnei, Socorro and son Joseph and their children and grandchildren treated her with such love and respect and she loved them all. He took such wonderful loving care of her. There were definitely soul mates. Before she retired years ago, she opened her own jewelry store, which was a dream of hers. Norma's Jewel Box was opened in Exeter in 1996 and she ran it for over 10 years. She took pride in what she did and it showed. Norma was a beautiful woman and a wonderful mom and grandma. She is missed every day and will be forever. Her final request was to be cremated and placed alongside her mother and her first grandson Andrew de Castro. Friends and family are welcome to join us in a non formal ceremony at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at the Exeter District Cemetery.
