In loving memory of Kristine Bergman, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and educator. Born near Munich, Germany, Kristine's parents brought her to America at the age of 4, where she grew up in Port Angeles, Washington. After graduating from high school, she moved to California to marry Skip Rouch and complete college. They soon had their son, Brian.
Kristine married Kirk Bergman in November 1989 and was blessed with the addition of stepdaughter, Tanis Bergman and three grandchildren. Devoted to her family, she leaves behind her beloved husband Kirk, her children Brian and Kate Rouch and Tanis Bergman, her five grandchildren Maggie, Luke, Finn, Dane, and Anika, as well as her brother Joe Swordmaker.
Kristine's unwavering devotion to God illuminated every aspect of her life, guiding her as she dedicated three decades to biblical counseling and teaching in Tulare County. Her legacy of kindness, compassion, and unwavering faith will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her. May our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother find happiness in her new home as she forever lives in the presence of "Amazing Grace"!
All are invited to a Memorial Service on May 25 at 10:00AM at Gateway Church located at 1100 S Sowell Street Visalia, CA 93277.
