John Dixon

John Dixon, beloved brother, nephew and cousin. He passed away in his home on Nov. 2, 2025, surrounded by family and beloved pets.

John was an exemplary employee for 42 years with Southern California Edison. He carried rawhide sticks for all the dogs on his route.  He was an avid sports fan, concert goer, and animal advocate.   John was very kind, patient and generous to all who knew him.

John graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 1974.  Where he played Frosh/Soph football and soccer. He attended Chico State University and COS.

He is survived by his sister Dianne Dixon, Aunt Nancy Jo Lewis, Cousins: Brenda Richmond, Victoria, Merlena, Mitchell and Families, and Debra Coey and Family.

A Football Tailgating Party will be held Sunday November 9, 2025, at 26599 Road 188, Exeter, CA at 12:00 P.M..
