Joan Evelyn Howard,

Joan Howard, 83 years old passed away peacefully on Friday April 28th, 2023 in her home. She was born in Pottsville, Arkansas on November 24, 1939 to Carl Rodgers and Eletta Rodgers. Years later Joan made her way to Farmersville, Ca. where she bought her home and enjoyed her life for over 50 years. She worked for the Farmersville school district as a cook for many years and later became a CNA. Joan was a caring and compassionate person who took pleasure in helping others. She enjoyed celebrating holidays with loved one as they would all gather in her home each year. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend who will live on in the lives of those who knew and loved her. She was a huge impact on many. She was loved Tremoundsly  and  will be forever missed.

She is proceeded in death by her Father Carl Rodgers, Mother Eletta Rodgers , Brother George Rodgers, son Gary Reynolds and grandson Kenny Hedgecoth.

She is survived by her two sons Steve Westerman and wife Karen Westerman of Exeter Ca., George Reynolds of Farmersville, Ca.,

6 Grandchildren; Jerry Reynolds and wife Liz Reynolds of Visalia Ca.,

Carrie Lowe and husband Nick Lowe of Farmersville, Ca.,

James Reynolds of Farmersville, Ca.,

Holly French and husband Cody French of Handford, Ca.,

Jimmy Belcher and wife Breana Belcher of Harriman TN.,

Jason Belcher of Harriman TN.

and 18 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild and several Nieces and Nephews

Graveside services will be held at the Exeter cemetery May 10th ,2023 at  10:00am with a Celebration of life to follow at 314 W Ponderosa in Farmersville,Ca.
