Jeannette Webb

Alice Jeannette Webb validated her ticket to heaven on Friday April 25, 2025. Jeannette was born in Woodlake, California on April 4, 1941, to Alvie and Jean Davis. She was raised on her father’s citrus ranch near Ivanhoe, California alongside her brother David Wanye Davis. Jeannette was a loving Mother, friend and “Mimi” to all who were apart of her life. She will truly be missed, by all whose lives she has touched.
Jeannette retired after many years of being a hairdresser. She started her career working at JCPenny and eventually retired from owning her own shop Scarlett O’Hair & Nails. There wasn’t a time when you sat in her chair that you didn’t feel important or part of her life. Jeannette always made you feel at home as her “shop” was a place where all family and friends were welcomed and loved. Many a time, her grandchildren would come stop by with a smile and wet hair hoping to get a quick hair cut between clients, which she would always oblige, because she got to spend time with her family.
She is survived by her 2 children, Kelly Jung (Martin) and Stacey Jared (Rodney). She leaves behind 4 grandchildren, Allison Romano (Matthew), Katlin Adamson (Donald), Mackenzie Williams (Austin), Nicholas Jared (Jacklyn) and 8 great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Angela, AnnMarie, Toni, Max, Noah, Jacob, and Carter.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Alvie and Jean Davis, and her brother David Wayne Davis. Her final resting place is the Eagles Nest at the Visalia Cemetery.
A celebration of Jeannette’s life will be held on Friday May 30th at the Visalia Elks Lodge at 11 a.m. 3100 West Main Street Visalia, California 93291. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Open Arms Hospice House, 3234 W Iris Ave, Visalia, CA 93277 (559) 624-2359.
