Helen Louise Jones

In Loving Memory of Helen Louise Jones of Farmersville, CA who passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the age of 86 years old. Helen was born on March 1, 1939 in Foil Rogers, Oklahoma to Bill and Syble Cates. Helen was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Syble Cates, brother Ronnie Cates, and husband Clifford Jones. Helen married Clifford Jones in 1960, they were married for 49 years and had two daughters. Helen worked at Lindsay Olive Plant until she retired in 1992 . She enjoyed sports, and always had a game on. She loved spending time outdoors, where she spent most of her free time doing yardwork, maintaining her flowers, tending chickens and taking care of her loved ones. Helen was strong, independent, funny, a force to be reckoned with and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. Helen is survived by her daughters Glenda Mason of Farmersville and Audrey Burdge (Johnny) of Farmersville. Grandchildren Jennifer Aguilar (Johnny), Jeffrey Mckenzie, Cassandra James (Michael), Andrew Burdge (Maria), Holli Laro (Ross), Jonathan Wadkins, AJ Burdge and Great-Grandchildren Mason Mckenzie and Makiley James Aiyanna, Andy, Ian, Zachary, Haley, Chloe, Natalie, Emmaly Private Services will be held at Deep Creek Cemetery on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
