Private burial will be held at the Exeter Cemetery. A Celebration of Freds Life will take place on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at the First Presbyterian Church, 200 S. E St., Exeter at 11:30 A.M. Directly following the service will be a reception at the Church, all are welcome.
