Debra Marie Rutledge

Debbie Rutledge, age 68, passed away on June 29,2024 after a long battle with various health issues.

Debbie Marie Stover was born in Exeter, California on January 25th, 1956 to DJ and Alline Stover. She grew up in Farmersville and was raised by her Grandmother Becie (Mawmaw). She graduated from Kaweah High School.

In 1974, she met Jimmy Rutledge, and they became inseparable! They married in 1975 and soon started a family. Their first child was Shawna I 1978, and their son, David in 1982.

Those who knew Debbie, really enjoyed being around her. Her sense of humor always had her family and friends laughing. Debbie loved playing the slot machine, Bingo, going to the beach, and being with her family.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, her grandmother Becie, her husband Jimmy, and her daughter Shawna.

She is survived by her son David Rutledge (Tiffany), her brother Rusty Stover (Edith), her sister Jackie Hall (Donnie), her stepdaughter Jennifer Rutledge Watkins (Darren), 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
