Bobbe was born March 23, 1929 in Salamanca Township, Kansas.  Bobbe had a blended family, but her love for her savior and her sweet heart meant she loved every single family member as if they were her children.  Bobbe’s family meant the world to her and she was proud of each and every one.  Bobbe also loved her neighborhood family and they loved and helped care for her.  Thank you Randy, Sheila, and Johanna.

Haggard and step-son – Kenton Haggard.  She leaves her 4 children: Gary Vogel (Annette) of Tucson AZ, Terry Vogel of Albuquerque NM, Gerald Haggard (Kim) of Visalia CA, and Sandi Vogel-Stryd (Dean) of Three Rivers, CA.  In addition she leaves 12 grandchildren: Christy Reichardt, Tricia Villa (Rene), Angela Fuller, Amber Price (Mike), Alisa Huff (Chris), Stephen Vogel (Hailey), Jessica Rambaud (Nick), Nick Haggard (Hannah), Jordan Haggard (Crystal), Melanie Vanciel, Steve Delgado (Defne) and Adrian Stryd (Wendi).  Her 27 great grandchildren include: Tyler, Ava, Levi, Ethan, Colin, Ashlie, Brooklyn, Cadence, Felix, Sadie, Kaden, Sloane, Rhys, Tylan, Taryn, Forest, Stephen, Joseph, Joshua, Caleb, Noah, Emma, Nicole, Dylan, Jadon, Hannah and Bree. Her 9 great great grandchildren: Grayson, Evan, Blake, Lily, Asher, Kylie, Emerson, Maylee and Addie.

Bobbe grew up in Kansas, Missouri and on a reservation in New Mexico. She was a beautician, deeply involved with the Low Vision Support Group at First Baptist Church, volunteer at for the American Cancer Society, an avid knitter and was the co-owner of Charter Oak Arabian Horse Ranch.  She married Walter D. Vogel in 1950 and had 3 children with him.  Bobbe was always available to take kids to band practice, horse riding, babysitting, sporting activities and never tired of talking about her Lord and Savior.

She leaves us knowing we will see her again in heaven.
