Beverly E. Roberts

Beverly Elaine Newberg Roberts, born in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, South Dakota, on December 21, 1938, where she brought joy and creativity into the lives she touched throughout her journey. She passed away peacefully in her own home, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love.

Born with a passion for dance, Beverly's early years were adorned with the enchantment of movement and rhythm. Her mother's skillful hands sewed each of her dance costumes, sparking a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship and creativity. Beverly even had a dance partner, embodying grace and elegance in every step.

In 1942, the Newberg family moved to San Jose, Santa Clara County, California, and after graduating from High School in 1958, Beverly pursued her passion for beauty and attended beauty school in 1962. The following year, she married the love of her life, Kermit Roberts, and they embarked on a new chapter together in Exeter, California. There, Beverly dedicated herself to grooming dogs, a profession that brought her great joy and satisfaction for many years.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Beverly was a dedicated crafter with a particular fondness for dolls. Her nimble fingers fashioned countless beautiful creations, which she lovingly shared with her nieces and nephews. She was a beloved aunt, known for the numerous exquisite dolls that she crafted and collected. She was known to see something in a store, give it a good look over, then go home and make it.

Beverly's life was also brightened by her constant companions — her beloved Pomeranians. Often seen biking around her neighborhood with at least two fluffy companions in the front basket of her bike, Beverly's dogs were not just pets but cherished members of her family. Their presence brought her immeasurable happiness, and their loyalty was a testament to her nurturing spirit.

She is survived by her brother Ron Newberg, and a large extended family including nieces and nephews Kathy, Carol, Audrey, Andrew and Mark (Newberg), Sharlene, Carolyn, Nolakay, Welch, Randy and Sureena (Roberts), along with numerous grandnieces and grandnephews, all of whom she adored.

Beverly Elaine Newberg Roberts will be remembered for her boundless creativity, her love for animals, and her unwavering devotion to her family. Her kind heart and gentle spirit have left an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the local SPCA, (where she adopted many of her companions), in memory of Beverly's life and passions.

Rest in peace, Beverly Elaine Newberg Roberts. You will be deeply missed, but your memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved you.

Burial will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella, California....
