He attended Tulare Western High School and was a top cross country and track and field star. He was a very loving person and he enjoyed Skateboarding most of all. He was found frequently feeding the homeless. He has a very large extended family that loves him. And was loved by his many friends. His smile and laughter will be greatly missed

A Funeral Service for Allen will take place on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Smith Family Chapel, 505 E. Pine St. Exeter. Directly following will be burial at the Exeter District Cemetery, 719 E. Marinette Ave., Exeter at 2:00 P.M.
