Judith Phillips

Judith Elaine Phillips, 68, of Visalia, was born January 4, 1951 in Visalia, Ca. to Selton and Dora Stewart. Judith went to be with the Lord on November 20, 2019.  
Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.  She loved being surrounded by family and was never afraid to speak her mind.  
Judy is survived by her husband, Jim, her son Wally, daughter, Jennifer and son-in-law Michael, son, Jason and daughter-in-law  Jessica , and  daughter, Kristal.  She is leaving behind 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Services will be on Wednesday November 27th, 2019 at 1:00pm at Cameron Creek Church followed by graveside service at Exeter Cementery.
